My background is a mental health nurse. I trained as a psychotherapist and really interested in the relationship the body has with the mind. 

For me, having a massage is part of my self-care and resilience. I imaged it is for you too.

I believe having a massage is like a journey; for some it's healing, others an adventure or an opportunity  to connect to oneself.

In my journey of learning: I've had the pleasure of travelling the world and being taught different modalities this are reflected in the different treatments I offer.

I have moved away from the "no pain no gain" sports mentality and integrated my knowledge of the nervous system, mental health and trauma with the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) such as Ohashiatsu, Thai massage and acupressure. 

I hope there is something for everyone, that supports your journey, no matter where you are or who you are.
